Manager of Special Projects Estimating

Our client, a long-standing and highly successful mechanical contracting firm, located in the greater Philadelphia area, seeks a manager who is highly ethical, honest, and always demonstrates integrity. A trustworthy person, he/she has an excellent reputation and is highly respected by others. Having a strong sense of personal accountability, this leader holds other accountable for their work and takes full ownership for his/her actions.

This systematic and process-oriented manager will be responsible for seeking, identifying, and securing new business for the Special Projects Division; supervising estimating for special projects; supervising, evaluating and coaching staff; meeting with prospective and current clients to keep them informed as well as to continue focusing on their needs; utilizing current technology in contract management, accounting and estimating; and being a positive contributor to the culture and growth of the company.

This strong communicator must have at least ten years of successful management experience; have estimating and design-build experience; be computer savvy; and have experience in the HVAC industry. It is preferred that this highly accountable manager have extensive experience in heating and post-high school education.
