Sales Manager
Our client, a very successful and growing company in the Philadelphia area seeks an inspirational leader to lead, manage, and grow their sales organization. This person is clearly a coach who enjoys developing and helping others achieve success. Highly accountable for self and others, this results-focused leader understands processes and is a strategic thinker. Operating from a base of high ethics, honesty, and integrity, this leader also possesses and uses common sense.
This resilient sales professional will be responsible for effectively recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating outstanding sales professionals; developing and implementing accurate market analysis plans, customer feedback methodology, and an overall sales plan; implementing and monitoring a contact management program; developing, implementing and monitoring an effective compensation plan; providing for the effective “pass-off” of new projects from sales to operations; and serving as a strong contributor on the leadership team.
This engaging, upbeat and exceptional communicator must have managed a sales organization for at least 5 years; have a proven track record; have at least 3 years of personal direct selling experience; experience in the service industry; and be computer literate. It is desired that this well organized and prepared leader have a 4-year degree; CRM experience; and HVAC experience.
